A Grand Burrough's Reunion

Hello Burroughs' Associate:

It will be 5 years in September 2011 since the last "Bachelor Weekend",

an annual get together of Burroughs' guys that lasted 50 years.  

We plan to have a reunion! This time we would like to seek out and extend an invitation

to ALL  past Burroughs employees.

Toward this end we need your help and input as part of the planning 

processfor such an event. 

Please fill out the questionnaire attached (see link below) 

so we can plan an event that you will want to attend.  

Further, we are asking for your help to identify other ex-Burroughs associates 

and their contact information so that we can get the widest possible dissemination 

of the questionnaire and reunion invitation.
Please complete and return by clicking on the "SUBMIT" button located at the end of this 

questionnaire form.

This will automatically populate a spreadsheet with your responses.  

On completing your entry, you may easily follow and track the spreadsheet responses.  

A periodic status will be emailed, as well as any follow up questionnaires if needed.
